About The Pierre Laclede Center

Conference Rooms
There are five (5) conference rooms; they are labeled Conference Room 1-5. All, with the exclusion of the small room, which has an HDMI plug-in, are set up with a wireless presentation system and are very user-friendly and convenient. Please follow the instructions on the TV located in the room for plug-in instruction.
All conference rooms are available at no cost on a first come first serve basis. Conference room reservations can be made up to two weeks prior to the meeting and the reservation can be made by using the iPads located outside of each Conference Room.
Conference Room 1: 216 square feet, seats 7
Conference Room 2: 259 square feet, seats approximately 6 (this room is more of a causal layout)
Conference Room 3: 229 square feet, seats 10
Conference Room 4: 251 square feet, seats 10
Conference Room 5: 70 square feet, seats 5
Training Rooms
There are two (2) training rooms; they are labeled Training Room A and Training Room B. These also have the wireless presentation system and microphones. Disinfecting wipes are available in each Training Room.
Training Room A: 1,467 square feet, seats approx. 60
Training Room B: 1,295 square feet, seats approx. 48
Lounge 77 - Our Game Room
Accessible by a PLC building access badge only, enjoy Lounge 77 for a company event, a fun meeting area, or a lunch break. Lounge 77 is furnished with a card table, shuffleboard, pool table, putting green, a bar equipped with a beer tap, ice machine, refrigerator, and casual seating. Charges will apply when you reserve this space for an event. There is not a charge to use Lounge 77 if you pop in for a quick game of pool, to work on your putting, or for a quick break when space is not reserved. Be sure to check the sign posted just outside Lounge 77 for reserved times. If you use this space and it is needed for a reservation, the Management Team reserves the right to clear everyone from the space to accommodate the reservation. Please be respectful of those around you when in this area.
Wine Lockers: Lounge 77 is also equipped with wine lockers that can be rented on a monthly basis to store wine.
Wellness Room
The Wellness Room is equipped with a sink, small fridge, and a comfortable lounger. The Wellness Room can be reserved at no cost. If there are no reservations, it can be used on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Market 77
Operated by Company Kitchen, Market 77 is a self-service, micro-market equipped with refrigerated breakfast and lunch vending coolers providing healthy choices, candy, snacks, coffee, and soda, energy and other drink options and a microwave. All items can be purchased via the user-friendly, self-service kiosk for checkout. The Micro Market is equipped with security cameras. Download Company Kitchen’s convenient app today to view daily promotions, load money onto the app for quick checkout, view transaction history, troubleshooting, payment issues and request new products! You will need your building access badge to access this market after 6 pm each evening and before 6 am each morning.
Bistro 77
It is currently available for seating only. Please feel free to utilize the tables, chairs, benches, microwaves, and the ice machine at your convenience. The seating areas along the West side of the floor are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please be respectful of those around you when in this area. More information to follow as the building work population increases.
Courtyard 77
The Courtyard just outside the PLC 2 lobby is available as an event space to PLC Tenants. It is equipped with comfortable seating, a bar and other inviting features for gathering as a company for meetings/events by reservation, or any time you are needing a break, a change in your workspace and a breath of fresh air (no reservation needed)! Signage will be posted if Courtyard is closed for reservations.
The PLC Fitness Center
Located in the same place, the 13th Floor of PLC 1, the PLC Fitness Center will look the same but the path leading there has changed! We hope you like the improvements.
The Fitness Center is open to members 24/7. Our Fitness Center is filled with the latest cardio equipment. Locker rooms include showers, private changing areas, blow dryers, and lockers to store personal belongings. The yearly membership fee for the gym is $15.
Parking Garage and Car Wash
Our parking garage is professionally managed by LAZ Parking.
Fantastic Finish, located on the bottom level of the 7701 garage, offers discounts for tenants. Prices will vary depending on the type of service requested and the size of the car.
